As a long time customer .. never had an issue.
Have a current order of ~ $12k with them. They have the money (credit card was hit straight away). Apparently plenty of stock of the item. No movement on the order for two+ weeks now.
They don't answer their phone. Single incoming line? Make two simultaneous calls, second one goes straight to voicemail.
Don't answer web "contact us" requests.
Don't reply to emails, although just tried their generic address, see what happens.
No specific comment being made .. just my current experience.
