I always assume that everything will take longer and cost more money than expected, which is an assumption that almost never seems to fail. So I think it's prudent to expect that it will cost $100 million USD/$140 million AUD to get to commercialization even though Wayne said it will be much less (I believe he said $30-40 million in the AGM given revenue from selling DurAVR for trials).
