With close to 150 million options due to mature on 8 November 2022 and 30 November 2022 - with exercise prices of 4 cents – 5.4 cents being well and truly in the money - Imugene can count on total option proceeds of AUD$7.5 million due to hit its bank account.
Then factor in the ATO annual R&D rebate which, based on a Total R&D spend of AUD$28.9 , will net the company a rebate of AUD $11.5 million.
Folks, that’s another $AUD19 million in CASH that will be sitting in Imuene’s bank account in 4 months time!
