If that proves necessary with the 3 quarters' worth of cash, and expected circa $9m in cash receipts, it would be completely appropriate to revisit the multiple.
We're not sure that's necessary yet, and my above comment only holds true in relation to a raise associated with the cash burn.
If they engage in prudent M&A activity, such as NCProtect or cipherpoint, I don't see that as a bad thing.
