Probably also needs company owned or large stakeholder owned investment in land and infrastructure growth for expansion into international markets.
FOD leases their property with over $700k annual rental costs, when the property could’ve been bought outright for less than $3 million a few years ago. There are some shareholders with more $$$ invested in FOD than that amount..
Atleast there’s be some ROI with land appreciation..
