Deferred revenue is pretty standard in this type of industry. You invoice upfront for known subscription revenue and then recognise the revenue over time. We have software to do all that for us. Deferrals seem pretty reasonable considering.
We've had delays, for sure, but nothing particularly surprising. There's always delays in this sort of development.
SP looks like it's finally on the Up again. We will wait and see.
