Hi all,

What is everyone's predictions in regards to revenue for Q1?

Looking at turnover from last year FY22 Q1, TNT turnover was 26.9M

Add in Loop Secure acquisition - 4.5M (rough calcs, revenue per announcement was 18M, divided by 4)
Add in Pearson/Claricent - 6.08M (24.3M per announcement divided by 4)

Thats around $37.47M

You'd hope around 30% growth looking at previous last Qtrs (June Qtr growth was only 13% though....)

Then potential September Q1 turnover could be: $48.7M

Loop secure acquisition was announced Aug 21 so not sure if that revenue was already included in last years Sep Qtrly.
Is June qtr growth the actual representation of the company? would the elections/change of government slow contract wins down or growth slowing?

Final $14M Pearson payment due next month as well, i'd say the facility will be used for that based on current cash levels
