The buyers of that cap raise at 52c might not be celebrating the prudence yet, however! Cash burn at this point is going to be critical and hopefully macro circumstances will still enable Marc to stay true to his word on not needing more funds to operate anytime soon.
Bearing in mind we now have accumulated losses (i.e. shareholders funds already burnt through) exceeding $275 million, any wider negotiations really need to take account of these in addition to the current/perpetually depressed share price.
