The time for retail was when shops were struggling to source sanitiser and prices were astronomical - these days you see it and nobody is rushing to buy any - prices are a fraction - but they could have been getting their name out there and getting known by average consumers and their point of difference without alcohol and therefore being gentle on skin would have been a good thing and money coming in would have made it worthwhile. Now they will struggle, and it is a horse that has bolted - they have missed that opportunity. The point is that they have to manage the business better and get money in through a reliable market which animal health is.
