Cash Receipts have ALWAYS been an issue with Dubber. They have previously stated they have 60-90 day billing terms with their partners... In addition, there is likely there teething issues with new partners as financial processes catch-up.

The Pre Payment Cloud Platform hosting costs appear to be recurring for Q4. In Q4FY21, there was a One off $1.8m, so considering they've done well to keep costs stable.
