If i could add to Roy2U's analysis, when DUB acquired Speik, the Speik employees as payment took $15.7 m of DUB shares at a price of $3.33 per share. And they didn't have to. They voluntarily chose to do so. Read the announcements. My view is the Speik employees would have known the DUB business well, probably a lot better than all of us, as mutual due diligence would have been undertaken. So i'm happy to follow the insider smart money and get in at an entry price of 20% where they bought.

With the Niev acquisition, the Niev employees also took $1.5 m of the consideration as DUB shares at a price of $3.75.
