Usual lumpy Telco payments, having spent many years invoicing some of these large Telco operators myself in a previous life I can empathise with Dubber. As an industry sector they are a constant major pain in the backside with payments. 60 day terms is standard and they rarely pay in 60 days was my experience. And that was when the Accounts Depts were actually based in the country of operations so were sometimes vaguely competent. These days many of the big Telcos have outsourced their Accounts functions to a particular part of the world.

"Cash receipts in the quarter were $6.7m, down $1.8m on the prior quarter due to outstanding payments. Outstanding payments are anticipated in the September quarter with a portion received in July. In addition, the Company advises it has invoiced for new deals delivered late in the quarter which are expected to be received on an ongoing basis."
