They've already raised capital twice in less than 2 years since listing. The last round was done via convertible note issue, hinting there's a lack of appetite for this company. They can only go back to the market so many times unfortunately. They will probably have to turn to the debt market for the next raise, but given interest rate is on the rise, more headwinds ahead.
