    So if Brandon Partners have 50% of the company. And the company previous market cap was 5m. Instead of 2.5m dollars of OSP shares, what do they get? Do they get 5000 dollars meaning the company is valued at 10 thousand dollars??? And if we are relisting, why are they compensating us with money?
