Agreed, an excellent report in what has been an excellent year for CSS as it worked through all of its 2020 set backs.
Would also be interested to know the pricing breakdown though I suspect it's just been a general uplift across all markets given the food crises that has been slowly developing around the world.
Regarding Whyalla, I can't recall when they started operations there but I do know that the quickest they can get a harvest is 18-24 months from when they fish is put in the water, if its going for retail, otherwise its a 3 years cycle to get the high quality restaurants are after (size doesn't change much in that extra year but apparently taste & quality though). And I think Whyalla only started this year no?

Was great to see them meet their guidance as to costs per kg and yearly tonne target. FY23 should see them EBIT positive if costs stay the same and they manage to harvest and sell 4,000t. A bit of sleeper I reckon, doesn't get as much attention is it deserves.
