Hi Rorbag,
I feel all of us LT holders are feeling a little let down on the progress, and please let me clarify that at no time has Painchek blamed Covid , it is more us searching for excuses really.

Implementation has been at a snails pace and we cannot collect until they are on boarded, which has frustrated many for a while.

Perhaps the transformation has been slowed by Covid, perhaps the access to implementing beds is in fact impeded, and perhaps most aged care management were more concerned with keeping their patients alive then trying to implement a new device to make them comfortable. Let’s face it, everybody, and more so in other countries have struggled, financially, mentally, and physically by what’s happening. A patients comfort does not come before their health……..

I’m willing to give them more time on that alone, and yes call me a cock jockey if you like but that’s my take on it.
