Yes those reports are awful. No details to how they might escape administration and then winding up. My view is that they should have sold off the rights to the software, sacked everyone except those that needed to stay on for winding up and handover of the software rights. Then distributed the cash leftover.

have you read the auditor report yet???

there is a high chance they will be out of cash by Dec-22 if that deal in final stages does not occur... and I reckon it wont - as it was not mentioned at all in the quarterly
