"Post FAA Certification initiatives:Following the breakthrough FAA certification Rich Poutier, along with Trevor Lynch-Staunton, ChiefTechnical Officer and Dennis Roach, Sr. Engineering consultant recently attended the MRO Americas conference in Dallas. MRO Americas is the premier event for the commercial air transport maintenance,repair, and overhaul industry, produced by Aviation Week. SMS attended several meetings with major and regional US airlines engineering personnel, as well as industry vendors such as engineering firmswho provide support to the airline industry.SMS continues to work with Boeing and Delta Air Lines in pursuing an approval for use of CVM™ sensors for the B737 Aft Pressure Bulkhead inspection requirements. Boeing has released the coordination document, providing the details required for test plan requirements which SMS will adhere to. SMS will also build test coupons within 60 days and begin testing. Boeing will continue to work on the project specific Certification Plan in preparation to submit to the FAA"

Boeing has released the coordination document, providing the details required for test plan requirements which SMS will adhere to. SMS will also build test coupons within 60 days and begin testing. Boeing will continue to work on the project specific Certification Plan in preparation to submit to the FAA.


The main threats remain supply chain issues, cash flow and human resources challenges.

What is happening with getting sales for SMN technology on all aircraft fitted with GoGo-Intersat WiFi systems? I will ask management this very pertinent question "After 18 plus years to get our first approval are we making headway with airlines to bring CVM to the industry and making inroads for best practice in safety which has been given the green light by FAA"?

Tell your shareholders the facts! If you are not progressing the CVM technology today for sales, then say it.
