Happy to admit I got played, Dean is a legit Disallowed salesman
He diluted us to buy Partons and hit his targets
Overpromised and under delivered time and time again
I've held out hope waiting for that 1 million case supplier that was promised quarter after quarter
Still no Amazon integration
Kaddy cost us a fortune and basically proved that Wine Depot Market was a failure and now it's going backwards.
I could have tolerated the numbers for this quarter if our cash burn started with a 2, but 3.5 is a joke.
Now they're diluting us even more just to burn cash for the next 3 quarters and generate less revenue with no organic growth.
