If one studies the latest Qtr Reports you'll find:
* Cash: $139k
* Debt: $12.15m
* P+L: Making losses
Conclusions:
1. Zero cash
2. Clark Deal: will NOt save SIT; rather just increase Debt
3. Biz-SIT is cactus
4. SIT Share are worthless, not even worth "shell" value because of massive debt still existing
