Thanks for the feedback @4444. I see no reason why this isn’t the case. A 10-12% price increase across the entire customer base adding 400k. Logically speaking this will ad to ongoing monthly AAR considering the monthly SAAS model.
This would have also been extremely time intensive and may have influenced their focus on new account acquisition.
I also think it speaks volumes to the value of the product considering 100% of customers took up the offer. Especially considering current market conditions.
