Despite offering FREE uploads to many agents, Openn has shrunk from 369 active listings in Australia in January, and just 308 in April, to now to 298 in total in all of Australia. (and zero in New Zealand). As the property market sags and buyer urgency evaporates, the imperative to over-complicate the selling process with the OPENN offering further declines.

Remember OPENN's market share aspiration is 5% of the real estate market- Domain have around 140,000 properties for sale in Australia, and realestate.com.au have 190,000 (so maybe 200,000 in total. So Openn needs to go from 300 listings up to 9 or 10,000 listings....

The revenue pathway clearly reflects this. All the hopes are now pinned on the US launch. The question is whether the failing Australian business model will work in the US....
