No that’s not true. Look at the volume and the depth of the buy side. Keeping in mind that a share buy back is currently in play. There is no billionaire investor suppressing the price or playing games. (Also why would they?)
ICI is just not exciting to investors. Mobile gaming (I’m aware the company does more) is just not as exciting as it was compared to 2008.
That being said, this announcement was fantastic. Company has made it clear that they want a $1B market cap. I trust the management team to deliver and continue to raise their top revenue line.
A wise man once said that a company’s share price will always (one day) come to reflect it’s true value. This is just a waiting game until the market catches on.
