It's not grim re time frame Bill, its how the market works. Once you drop below 12 months of cash the raise issue starts to be an issue if you are still burning cash.
As for CCP comment not sure as I don't know how China works but cash is cash and market watches small non profitable companies re cash reserves and burn rate, hence why the 4c is so important. As I keep saying its all about the numbers, in most cases they do not lie.
