Well I for one will be voting against anyone up for re-election as well as taking careful consideration over any share issue related to this specific potential takeover if that comes up in the resolutions.
If the potential takeover terms aren't a feature, then I'll definitely vote against any resolution to increase the annual allowance % of extra shares.
Either way, they've got until the 2nd Nov for 28 days notice of the AGM so we can see what the resolutions will be pretty soon, including who the t/o target is.
