    Unfortunately it doesnt look like any hope of an amicable settlement with Medcan. So strategically its great that CGB is counter suing Medcan. CGB shareholders paid for services they didnt receive it seems. That cost CGB shareholders money in lost sales. Im not worried about it and the only winners are the lawyers in the long run.
