@sharebroker1 posted correctly. He gave, in the history of the company (AGV/QBL/CGB) a range in which the price has traded pre-consolidation, actually 0.006 to 0.11 (QBL) and even up to 0.145 (AGV).
I dont believe he spoke out of turn or used imaginary figures. If prices have traded in this range on multiple occasions by historicals, then there is evidence to support the comments and also the potential to reach it again if the situation and market are favourable to valuations and traders decide to move the needle.
