Tax rebates normally come in April of each year. Stil a long way off.
In the quarterly report, it was stated that the tax return had not been submitted as yet - and that could be normal timing.
In any case, the tax rebate is 6 months away so won't help the current financial position. Plus, I don't think any company would rely on the annual tax rebate as a financial management strategy to fund operations.
