Its only been a 30 mins. Give it time. Anybody wishing to "top-up" can for the next few weeks buy cheap shares at 3c so the on-market buy side will take a hit short term as we see this morning. Sellers may then find it a little harder to offload over coming weeks once the last few buy orders above about 3.3c are taken out.
Its always hard to say but the very low turnover of this stock makes it play out like a glacier moving.
