If he bought 300k shares at 0.005 which is about where it was in April 2019 when DT took it over then that was $1,500 spent

If the person took it out at the very high at 0.21 then he would have made $63,000 minus initial outlay he would have made $61,500 profit before tax. To avoid CGT he would have had to hold for a year after which would have made it April 2022 and that post was over a year ago

$61.5k for house deposit.....I don't think so
