Forced to sell the shares - very unlikely. How does it look from a shareholder perspective and look at where the share price is headed, not to mention increasing the difficulty of raising capital when the CEO with his hands on the numbers decides to jump. Remember he also pumped the shares as he was exiting.
Two likely options:
Toys thrown out of the cot
Or he knows what is coming
Only time will tell....
