Yeahreality is its not that simple, and very unlikely infact near impossible to happen unless law firms think they are going to get paid (either from clients who would have to fund it, which is not going to happen here) or from the defendant which is DW8 in this case, DW8 the company has hardly any money, any money they have is chewed up quick, and any money DT et al got away with is likely going to be tied up in trusts, overseas accounts, etc, will not likely be seeing any of it.

Class action, etc, Its a pipe dream, reality is here believers have lost , plain and simple, the business didnt pan out, worked out well for management who got away with millions of dollars of salaries and free shares, even employees who actaually get paid. Any investor unfortunately, has lost basically everything.
