Totally agree. Even if a CA got up where is the money going to come from? Even if they hold D&O insurance it could be such a low limit that would only fund a very small element of the settlement and success is certainly not guaranteed. Most directors these days have their assets protected. What's the point.

Maybe give the new guy some air and see what he can deliver. He can't do any worse. No doubt he will be more up front with investors as he has nothing to hide. I'm anticipating far more announcements and thus transparency. That in itself is half the battle. It is what it is.

And I will say it again, don't get your advice from this place. Take everything with a pinch of salt. Full of poachers!
