Looks like someone didn't QA the release correctly. The Zoom registration link in the 4C is for AR9 (a great company BTW), not DUB.
On another note, this is great... It shows that the leadership team recognized they have %^&*ed up and they are seeking outside unbiased help. Hopefully this will put pressure on changing the view on Zepos.
