Yesterday’s announcement contained some hidden treasurers.
One in particular was the $851,000 annual insurance premium payment; the size of the premium is well above a usual company premium……
Patent insurance is very important, in this case for both content and manufacturing processes. I would suggest that LIS Energy have made premium payment for “defensive patent insurance” and “offensive patent insurance”. Think about the $Billions and $Billions at stake here, LIS Energy have in their grasp!!.
The premium represents only around 2% of available cash……
