"Thank you for your email regarding the expansion mentioned in the 4C Quarterly Activity Report. To answer your question, an investment was made in our US facility's essential infrastructure supporting R+D and manufacturing. Specifically, these investments enable us to accelerate the testing, development and production of TAVI heart valves used in our clinical program, which is critical to obtaining the regulatory approval necessary to commercialise DurAVR THV."

I had hoped that the response might say something to the effect "that we are tooling up in preparation for full scale commercial production of DurAVR valves" - can't read that into the response can we.
