Fly ash is not carbon. "Fly ash consists primarily of oxides of silicon, aluminum iron and calcium. Magnesium, potassium, sodium, titanium, and sulfur are also present to a lesser degree."

It is not on the nano scale.

It is considered a supplementary cementitious material, not a technology.

A 'Nano carbon technology' IS required. It is a key specification.

And I repeat the question, is anyone familiar with another product that would meet the "carbon nano technology" criterion?

I was wondering if someone had a chance with graphene but there is no other product I am aware of that is advanced enough in testing to qualify.
