Looks like Auz settlement with Asic will happen on Monday and Ben Bell will find out what is happening to him.
At least company can move forward after that.
Was a joke, Auz only settling because they can't afford to waste any money fighting the case.
Sk deal was worth over $5 billion 60,000 tonne of nickel sulphate and 12,000 tonne of cobalt sulphate for up to 13 years. ?
The offtake with SK did give Auz the ability to fund the plant?
Shouldn't nearly every company be sued, they all miss deadlines?
Auz have to raise capital any day now.
$2 to $4 million probable at 5 cents to keep them going until they can hope to get a equity sponsor/ partner.
More dilution, will continue market cap slide you would think.
