The hearing with regard to Auz was already agreed to by ASIC an the stench still feeding from within.

It was agreed that Auz pay the fine of 500k whilst throwing BB under the bus for his false statements that cost many mum and dad investor's millions of dollars, the court hearing was only to sign off on the fine and the courts are holding back on releasing the agreed outcome just to make out they are doing something when in actual fact it was already signed off by ASIC, with regard to the fine its covered by insurance.

As with BB case hopefully they throw the book at him for misleading investor's when the case is heard, the only downside I can see is he will get to keep his 4.5million dollar Ranch whilst mum and dad investor's have lost many more millions for his incompetence.
