@JBT999 - You are in a minority here, you are one of the few that calls what needs to be done to get things back on track (if they ever were) but unfortunately a few here are dreamers living in hope rather than eradicating the bad fruit.
Similar posts to yours, more or less making the same suggestions have appeared here over several years but nothing ever eventuates, no positive outcome because nobody is willing to take the lead and follow through with numbers.
Unless someone takes the bull by the horns and with strong numbers, the same problems will exist now and in the future.
