Only have this to say about that,

Its about bloody time, I believe company's and their directors have been milking the system for years they make the rules to suit themselves hired by the big wig lawyers who charge like wounded bulls to write up corporate governance that is always in favour of the company and ASIC has pussy footed around for way to long.

With a bit of luck the tide will turn and directors if found guilty should be made accountable and should be stripped of everything including shares held in family trusts or other companies as well let them feel the pain that many mum and dad investor's have in the past and or will in the future.
