There was a a large shortfall from the last raise at 12c with Bell Potter. They were trying to place the shortfall for ages. Never happened. $1.6m cash left. Crikey. This weeks news: Govt bailing. Now 5 yrs worth of workflows and approvals to come. ASIC involved.
