In 2020 the company voting went as follows,

1 Remuneration 42% Against/Not Passed

2a Re Election of Marinelli 26% Against/Pass
2b Re Election of Guthrie 19.36% Against/Pass

3 Approval of 10% Placement Capacity/Not Passed

4 Ratification of Issue of Securities 25% Against/Passed

5 Spill Resolution 43.33% For and 56.67% Against/Not Passed. (Remember on a Spill its the For Vote that counts they used around 14% of discretion votes otherwise Voted out.

This is 2020 results the above Spill Resolution only got voted through because they sneakily called in the Proxy's Discretion Votes an Voted for themselves to get across the line, otherwise they would have been gone, they knew it was coming and got their mates to help.

In 2019 it was the same the Remuneration Report was Voted Against by a huge majority nearly 45%.

And just last year 2021,

Remuneration Report 40.50% Voted Against/Not Passed.

Approval of 10% Placement 25.06% Voted Against/Not Passed.

Approval of Loan Shares to Guthrie 48.98% Voted Against/Not Passed.

Approval to Give Financial Assistance to Guthrie 49.24% Voted Against/Not Passed.

Changes to Constitution 27.50% Voted Against/Not Passed.

Also in 2021 if it wasn't for the proxy discretion votes they would be out an gone, but they always knew how to save their backsides like leaches sucking the life blood from whatever they attach themselves to.

I have been involved in Auz for many a year and its the same every year we have a new CEO who by all reports can turn the company around but it needs the leaches to be fused away from the continued bull every year it matters not if there is a spill it would be the best thing that could ever happen to Auz, people just need to bloody well wake up and get the stench out from within, if you want the company to succeed then you need to wake up as well how many chances has this board had over years and how many more do you think it should have?, it has to stop otherwise they will continue to suck the life out of holders and there is only one way to stop that.
