That does not come from what she's talking about. What Tamz describes can cause smaller, short-term drops in price, but not a complete collapse of price over multiple years. That requires another explanation, and in this case it's completely obvious to anyone who is willing to refrain from wearing rose-tinted glasses.

You're not doing yourself any favours by ignoring obvious reality and making nonsensical excuses for the observed movements. Unconditional love can be appropriate for your children or pets, but not for your investments. You're not going to make good investment decisions without being able to face reality. In trying to find excuses to explain problems you are at best turning the game into something more like casino gambling which confuses you, but more likely you're going to severely turn the odds against yourself and end up having your money taken by someone more rational than yourself. Even if you want to hang on to your shares regardless of your analysis and use it as a learning experience, you owe it to yourself as an investor to be honest and rational with your analyses.

I was only trying to explain the weakness of more recent times.

the price drops before can be explained by the reddit mob piling into the share because it was going to the moon then bailing out as the figures showed a much slower and riskier path. Not too different to what happened to ZIP, Openpay etc.
