how? when I clearly understand the business and what they are trying to achieve.. You need to understand they can't just go down to the factory and say oi everyone hurry up, we need to do it quicker. Doesnt work that way. What they are doing will take time, and a lot of it. As long as they are up and running with shipments leaving the factory by 12months that would be a great achievement from them.
