    Did you answer the question? why would they choose the least favorable option, capital raising? offtakes agreement is demanding, and there are billions of DOE loans available, why would they choose capital raising?

    For capital raising, first, it is not possible to raise this much at this moment, and it is not good for company/manageemnt itself, so this option is unlikely at this moment.

    For offtakes agreements, it is demanding. Multiple companies are building factories and they will require a lot of good quality anode material in a few years, this matches with the production plan for NVX, it would be reasonable for them to sign the agreement right now in order to secure the future supply.

    The government is providing billions of loans, with the government's confidence and investment in this company, they can easily get the loan, isn't it?

    This industry is future-proof. But for you, you don't have the big picture. Whatever you said, it seems to be true, but the thing is you don't give all the facts, but only a little portion of it, and divert it into some misleading information.
