If you are so smart, why don't you show where it says that NVX doesn't have to commit $800M+, or can match dollar-to-dollar, or as some of you wish to think, will just conveniently receive the $150M without any commitment at all?
It is all really simple. I am not sure why some of you folks are complicating things. If you are invested in NVX, you better read the material. It is not nuclear science. I am not pulling things out of context. Just check the link that I provided - the whole context is there, nothing more, nothing less.
