Am wondering how much the FY22 bad debts (A$437k) would have affected the trends. Assuming they were invoiced in FY21 or earlier, the ACV would have gone up but the cash receipts would never respond. When it was obvious these would not be paid the ACV should have reduced (or increased less). At invoice time they were 10% of income, but 1-2 years later they are much less sigificant. The 12-18 month lag should shorten now that the bad debt are done and dusted. From Ian's comments at the AGM they were definitely a one-off event.
