Could somebody explain to me (like they're talking to a 5 year-old) how if this deal eventuates, the current owners will own 67% of CBR (so all of us shareholders get diluted, which I understand), but the company will also be de-listed from the ASX?
If I still retain 67% of my current holding, which is on the ASX, and then the company is de-listed from the ASX, do CBR ASX share holders just get the $ value and are effectively cashed-out? Or does our holding get transferred to the NASDAQ or NYSE? (I wouldn't have thought that is possible/easily done).
Do we (former) CBR ASX holders have to then have to buy shares on the American stock exchange in the new company to be a part of CBR going forward?
