hi @uranium89, good points. it appears they have reduced expenses from previous reports though (just not quickly enough in the current climate); let's hope this accelerates and they can find a sustainable balance before reporting next qtr or holders face pretty hefty dilution.
as you said, insiders hold over 45%; due to this and the illiquid nature of trading and the tight registry (from the prosepectus: top44 = 91.6%; top 20 = 89.2%) I'm watching this very closely
